Suzie’s aim:

Suzie is a qualified personal trainer who is dedicated to helping her clients feel fitter, stronger and more confident. Has over 12 years of experience as a qualified punch instructor, she will teach you form and technique. In the past seven years she has run over 25 bootcamps and an additional two bootcamps overseas on the beautiful island of Santorini, Greece.

Lookout for 2013 bootcamps that include Bali and Santorini.

Suzie will show clients they can achieve their fitness and weight loss goals by adopting a healthy body and mind through exercise. Like so many of her clients have in the past... and present.

Suzie’s boxing / circuit sessions will tone, burn fat, dramatically increase energy levels and will help you feel and look amazing.
