One wolf represents fear, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other wolf stands for joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, friendship, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.
The same fight is going on inside you, and inside every other person, too. They thought about it for a minute and then one child asked his grandfather, Which wolf will win?
The old Cherokee simply replied, The one you feed.
Im in the zone... my zone... no interuptions, no thoughts about what I need to do later on... gloves on, its my time.
It where I build my strength, my confidence, I become more alert & sharp with my punches and quicken my reflexes... not just physically, but, mentally, as well.
What I experience, I want my clients to experience... with the pain and sweat, come the rewards and there are many.
Boxing helps me keep the jar of regrets empty.
Through my training, guidance & knowledge, I really believe you can get the most out of life.
You feel better, you start to look better and physically / mentally feel more energised.
We all talk about healthy mind and healthy body, but, how many actually experience it? Its a combination of training, eating clean, sleeping, liking yourself, aiming for better, being proud of your choices, prioritising, and above all... believing that you can!
I work out of St. Kilda PCYC and just recently opened up my own little studio in Camberwell.
St. Kilda PCYC - is all about improving communities through youth development. If we can train and get healthy / fit, why not do that and support the gym that helps the youth and under privilege?
Keep up the great work, PCYC.
Camberwell is my new baby - private studio (upstairs from Hypoxi).
One-on-ones · group circuits · mums & bubs · and lots of sweat and tears.
Im so excited about Camberwell!
