I've been training with Suzie since November last year starting with one of her Boot camps, some group sessions and now 1 on 1 PT training and havent looked backed. Initially I did it to just start doing some regular exercise again and am now at the point where Ive completed the Run for the kids and doing the Brooks 10k run in October.
Suzie has an unique ability to make yourself work as hard as you can in each session without making it onerous, she provides a different circuit each session to prevent you from getting bored and also lets you take control of how much you success you get out of her training by providing you with her expertise in training, nutrition and best practice.
Suzie has by far got the best out of me since training with her and I cant recommend her highly enough for anyone whos looking to get active again and just wants that person there to keep them focused.
Definitely one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time was to start training with Suzie.
